The candidate should be holding a Bachelor in Electro-mechanical engineering, with 5 to 7 years experience in the Sultanate. Omani candidates with less experience are welcome to submit their CVs.

Candidate should be able to develop mechanical design concepts; heating and cooling load calculations, piping & duct sizing as well as pressure loss calculation. Posses advanced technical writing and communication skills and be fluent in the English language. Developing electrical design concepts, calculations for electrical loads, Medium, Low ad extra low voltage, Emergency Power, Earthing, Protection Systems, Instrumentation, Mechanical equipment controls and Building management systems would be a surplus and beneficial to his scoring. 

The candidate should be a certified Fire Engineer from the Royal Oman Police Civil Defence and have more than 7 years experience with fire and safety design reviews, implementation and reporting.
